The National Creators Awards 2024 took place. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi Awarded Awards to different Social Media content creators in 20 different categories at Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre in Delhi. This award is the first of its kind and will continue to take place annually from this year. The Indian Government got appox 1.5 lakh nominees across 20 different categories of award. Further more 10 lakh votes were cast to select the winner of national creators awards 2024. This is a great step by the government to honour the effort and contribution of the content creators in the society. Some of the categories that were there in this awards were disruptor of the year, Best Storyteller, Green Champion, Celebrity Creator, Social Change Advocate, International Creator etc. Today in this Article we’ll discuss the categories and winners of the Creators Awards 2024.
About National Creators Award 2024
The current government heavily Focuses on digitization and social media is an important part of it. Social media gave rise to the individual content creation Industry which is currently a billion dollar industry and has global reach. Millions of digital creators on Facebook, Instagram, X, and other platforms create positive content on social media that motivates other people and brings positive change in the society. To honour these creators PM Narendra Modi decided to create an award known as National Creators Award 2024. Through this government of India is recognising the contribution and efforts put by these content creators to entertain and empower people. These awards will be given in 20 different categories to creators from all over India.
Aimed of National Creators Award 2024
The National Creators Awards 2024 aimed at recognising the efforts of these creators for making india move towards digitizations. Currently the content creation industry is a billion dollar industry which is rapidly growing and these creators had a hugehand in this. They are great catalysts of social change and growth. There fore this award comes as a huge motivation for all the indian creators.

National Creators Award 2024 Selection Process
To select the nomination for National Creators Awards 2024 , Government of India invited names by opening nomination windows in Innovate India website between 10 to 29 February 2024. During this time period more than 1.5 Lakh nominations were filed from all over India. At later stages voting started and approx 10 Lakh votes were polled based on which creators were awarded in different categories. It was a great process and Indian youth proactively took part in this event to make their favourite creators victorious.
