In this video, we prepare Bamboo Intestine by steaming fresh goat intestine (mutton boti) inside bamboo using traditional village methods.

The kudal is carefully cleaned, marinated with local spices, and steam-cooked in bamboo for a mild smoky aroma and soft texture.

Finally, we enjoy this healthy bamboo-steamed goat intestine in the evening. Taste is delicious!
