INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE RECIPE Save this
In a vessel cook 2kg grated carrots and 300 gm sugar together until sugar melts, evaporates and carrots are cooked. When carrots are cooked keep this vessel aside and keep another pan heat 3 tbsp ghee add 2 tbsp cashewnuts, 2 tbsp boiled peeled almonds and fry till golden brown.
Add 250 gm grated khoya and heat till khoya starts leaving ghee.
Now add this mixture to the cooked carrots with 2 tsp green cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with some khoya, almonds and pista .
