INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE RECIPE😱 Save this💪❤️
In a bowl, add hot water, salt, 1 tsp turmeric water and 300 gm paneer cut into pieces.
Keep aside for some time.
In a vessel, heat 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 cloves, 2 green cardamom and 4 chopped onion.
Sauté onions till golden brown and add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tsp kashmiri chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powder , 1 tsp garam masala, salt and some hot water. Cook for a minute then add 3 chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft.
Add 1/2 cup tomato puree, 1 tbsp boiling cashewnut paste and cook till masala starts leaving oil.
Add 1/2 cup hot water, paneer pieces, 2 tbsp cream and 1 tsp kasoori methi. Mix well and let it simmer for a minute.
