INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE STARTER RECIPE❤️ Save this 💪
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp green chillies and sauté.
Add 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, 1 tsp garam masala , 2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix well.
Add 1 cup chopped carrots, 1 cup chopped beans. Sauté till vegetables are cooked.
Keep aside in a bowl.
To the cooked vegetables add 1 cup boiled grated potatoes, 1 cup grated paneer, chopped coriander, 1/4th cup cashews,1/3rd cup roasted chana powder and mix well.
Make round tikkis , dust with cornflour and shallow fry in ghee till golden brown in colour.
