Shuwa is a traditional Oman recipe that is cooked underground using a slow cooking method. It mainly uses big-size of mutton pieces and specially made Shuwa masala. In Indian village, we also use the same traditional method as Oman.

Finally, we enjoy the Omani Shuwa with mutton biryani. The taste is marvelous!
