INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE DESSERT RECIPE Save this
Ingredients –
Dehydrated milk/Khoya – 250 gm
Refined flour- 250 gm
Milk – 500 ml approx.
Saunf seeds – 1 tsp
Saffron soaked in 1/2 cup water (optional)
Baking powder- 1/4th tsp
Sugar- 1 cup
Water – 1.5 cups
Clarified butter or oil for frying.

Method
Heat milk with saunf till it boils.
In a bowl add grated khoya, hot milk, saffron water and mix till khoya melts.
Add Baking powder then add maida/refined flour little by little while mixing till you get a batter with coating consistency.
Cooking –
Heat ghee. In a pan till it reaches smoking point. Then let it cool. On low flame pour small amounts of the batter and fry it till it is a little crispy and golden brown in colour.
Strain it , squeeze out excess ghee and
Put it in hot sugar syrup ( for sugar syrup boil sugar and water with 1 green cardamom till it reaches 1 string consistency)
