INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE SNACK RECIPE Save this
In a cloth hang 800 ml curd for 2-3 hours to remove excess water from curd.
In a bowl add hung curd, 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp green chillies, salt , white pepper, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp green cardamom powder, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp sattu or roasted chana powder and mix well.
Keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
Take a small portion of the mixture and drop it in bread crumbs. Coat them properly and make a round shape.
Dust a plate with cornflour or maida and put the Bread Crumbs coated Curd on it.
Keep them in freezer for 10 minutes
Then fry them in oil on a high heat.
YOUR DAHI KE KEBAB ARE READY
