INSANE STREET FOOD RECIPE ❤️ SAVE THIS 💪
Heat 2 tbsp oil , add 1/2 cup onions, 1/3rd cup chopping carrots, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup green peas, 1 cup shimla mirch ,1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilly flakes, salt, pepper. Saute for 5-10 minutes .
Take it out in 2 bowls and let it cool.
In one bowl add 2 tbsp coriander chutney and in the other add 2 tbsp red chilly paste.
Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise in both the bowls and mix well.
Spread the green mixture on kulcha , put another kulcha, put some cheese, Red chilly mixture then put another kulcha on top and grill it on a pan from both the sides.
