Village Cooking Channel is now in America! In this special video from the USA, we cook giant King Crabs in our traditional village style. First, the crabs are boiled whole, then we make small holes in the shell to add cold-pressed gingelly oil, dry red chillies, shallots, and salt. Finally, we roast the crabs over firewood heat, letting the spices infuse deep inside. This American village seafood feast shows the authentic taste of VCC in USA — a true celebration of flavors and tradition.
