Oneplus had better customer solutions for the green line . I got free replacement screen for the first time & then when it happened 2nd time they gave me 34999 voucher for my 4 year old onplus 8 pro. I added another 35k & bought OnePlus 12 using the voucher. Heard samsung & apple customer solutions was not the same level
