  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp chopped green chili
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 grated boiled potato
  • 200 gm grated paneer
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Veggies:
    • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
    • Add 2 tsp chopped ginger and 2 tsp chopped green chili. Sauté for a while.
    • Add 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped beans, and 1/2 cup chopped capsicum. Continue sautéing.
  2. Spice it Up:
    • Add 2 tsp chaat masala, salt, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garam masala, and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix well.
    • Add 1 grated boiled potato and 200 gm grated paneer. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Keep the mixture in a bowl and let it cool completely.
  3. Add Cornflour:
    • To the paneer mixture, add 2 tbsp cornflour. Mix well.
  4. Shape the Cutlets:
    • Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into heart-shaped tikkis.
    • Dip each tikki in a mixture of cornflour and water.
    • Coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry to Perfection:
    • Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
    • Fry the heart-shaped cutlets until they turn golden brown and crispy.
